I am writing this review in hopes that it reaches the owners. I want to say that I absolutely love this place. But I need the owners to know that your connection with the community has to be better and what I mean by that is your hours of operation. On the door it says you’re open Tuesday- Saturday from 11-8. Today is Wednesday 12:30pm and your door is locked and it appears that no one is in the building. Google even says you’re open. I was so disappointed I just sat in my truck for a bit trying to figure out my next move. I would’ve even wrote this but while I was sitting here I wittiness a man walk up to the door pull the handle only to realize you where not open and the disappointment on his face said it all. Then I saw two women walk up to the door, do the same thing and the confusion on their face pushed me to write this. One of the girl looked at her phone as if to check if they were early or something before eventually walking away. Again I love your food and the atmosphere in the building, that’s why despite my words I am still leaving you a 5 star review. Hopefully this reaches the right people.

Service was very quick and good. The food was fresh and large portions. Fries were delicious as was the sandwich. It is a little spendy (two Gyro sandwiches with fries as drinks $40, but the food is excellent! The parking is very very limited. This establishment is in a small strip mall (next to Tyler Diner) which is competing for the parking spaces. The restaurant has plenty of seating.

The decor comfortable. Because of acoustics it was a little loud but not offensive. It was clean. The guy that waited on everyone and prepared everything all on his own was very friendly and efficient. Turns out he was owner. Hard working The food was outstanding. The Philly was excellent. We got gyro. It was delicious They were out of chicken The fries weren’t standard. They were seasoned well and very tasty Will definitely be returning

OUTSTANDING locally owned Greek spot! They hand make their pitas per order! Have the good seasoned fries, and are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

After moving into the area, I've had my list of places to try for for a great Gyro. I have a high bar set because I've had some great Gyro Sandwiches. I tried one other place in Tyler and it was decent but a bit farther than I wanted to drive. I ordered the OG Gyro and an extra side of fries. Gyro was amazing! The fries were outstanding! Crisp on the outside and hot in the middle. I am relieved to now have a go to spot for when I'm craving a gryo. The girl that took my order was very friendly and I felt welcomed and comfortable dining in. The bathrooms were very clean as well was the dining area.

If you're looking for a solid gyro with a twist or some loaded fries with a fusion flair, Kabob & His Gyros is definitely worth a visit. The portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on. I’d definitely come back to try more of their menu!

Food was actually way better than I thought it would be! Apparently, the business used to operate out of a food truck for many years before opening this store, so the food has that satisfying food truck quality paired with the convenience of the store. Definitely try the gyro on fries. Although not the most authentic dish, it was brilliantly satisfying. 🍟
